Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and specialties to the table, allowing us to provide comprehensive and personalised care to each and every patient. We believe in working collaboratively, and our team members take the time to get to know you, listen to your concerns, and answer any questions you may have.
We understand that a trip to the dentist can be a nerve-wracking experience for some, which is why we strive to create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all of our patients. Dr Michael Rammal
Dr Rammal was born in the city of Dubai and grew up in Sydney, he then found his heart captivated by the warmth of Queensland. He loves building relationships with his patients and his main goal is to ensure that his patients have healthy teeth and that they have a smile they’re proud of.
Dr Rammal enjoys all streams of dentistry, in particular Endodontics (root canal treatment), Oral Surgery, Invisalign treatment, and smile makeovers through Crowns, Veneers and Bridges.
Dr Rammal completed his Bachelor of Dental Health Science and Master of Dentistry at Griffith University and was awarded the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence every year throughout his dental studies.
Dr Rammal is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in his field, he regularly attends ‘Continued Professional Development’ courses, ensuring that his patients benefit from cutting-edge treatment modalities.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rammal enjoys exploring scenic hiking trails, embarking on a rejuvenating run, or indulging in the quest for the perfect margherita pizza spot.
Dr Justin Sindler
Born and raised in Sydney, Dr Justin has wanted to be a dentist since high school, making the move up to Queensland to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr Justin enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with a friendly and supportive approach to patient care.
Outside of work, Dr Justin loves anything outdoors and sport-related. His hobbies include tennis, cycling, pickleball and bushwalking. He also has a keen interest in travel and learning different languages.
Dr Faeza Ebrahimi
Dr. Faeza Ebrahimi graduated with Graduate Diploma of Dentistry and PhD in cancer research from Griffith University.
Faeza has great interest in research and clinical dentistry, she believes in updating her knowledge with current research on a regularly in order to provide the ideal treatments to her patients.
Together with her dentistry she has been involved in research projects with Australian Dental Association and has been awarded with the Prestigious awards like Leonard Hanson’s Prize in 2018.
Faeza believes in engaging with her patients in an open and honest discussion about dental health and takes her time to confirm that her patients have a detailed understanding of the services being provided. She also places a lot of importance on the patient experience and is highly motivated to make your dental visit as pleasant as possible.
Beyond dentistry Dr. Faeza is an adventurous and active individual and loves hiking, rock climbing around the hinterland regions.
Mr Pei-song Zhao
Pei-song Zhao is a Dental Prosthetic who sees patients in need of partial and/or full dentures (false teeth).
Pei-song obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in material science in Shanghai, China before he migrated to Australia. He studied a Diploma of Dental Technology at Southbank Tafe in 1998 and then worked for 10 years in two major commercial dental laboratories in Brisbane.
In 2008, Pei-song graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Dental Prosthetics and was awarded the Carl Ring Memorial Certificate in Clinical Achievement from Southbank Tafe and ADPAQ.
Pei-song met his wife Li in China and they married in Australia. Li is a primary state school teacher. They have two boys who love playing music.
Dr Omel B Qallandar Ebrahimi BDT (Hons), BOH (DentSci), MDent (Griffith), General Dentist
Dr Omel B Qallandar Ebrahimi is a female General Dentist who speaks Farsi, Persian and Urdu (as well as English).
Dr Omel Qallandar graduated with Master of Dentistry from Griffith University, where she was awarded the prize for academic excellence each year of her studies. Prior to this Omel had finished 4 years of study in Dental Technology with Honours (Class 1), awarded with numerous scholarships along the way from organizations such as the Royal Collage of Pathologist Australasia. She has since extensively been involved in cutting-edge research, which has placed her in both National and International platforms to present her research in Oral Cancer.
As a clinician, Omel is known for her gentle and friendly nature whilst maintaining a through and meticulous approach to her clients’ oral health needs. Being a perfectionist at heart, she is dedicated to maintaining and developing her skills in every aspect of dentistry by regularly attending seminars and courses. She enjoys all areas of dentistry, with a particular interest in preventative and cosmetic dentistry.
Maria – Dental practice manager
I have been at the clinic since 2010 and have worked in the dental industry for over 25 years with strong family ties to the dental world.
I enjoy helping our patients and their families to the best of my ability. Working with our amazing dentists is a privilege, and our small team of dental assistants make coming to work a pleasure.
I have a grown up family and enjoy spending quality time with all my family and friends and am always trying to plan that next holiday.
Olivia – Dental assistant
I have been working with All Care Beenleigh since 2015. In my first year I completed TAFE certificate III in Dental Assisting at the same time.
This is an ideal job for me as I really enjoy helping others and making sure that each patient is comfortable and sanctified with their treatment.
In my free time, I enjoy doing various types of art such as drawing and water colour, and also learning the Japanese language.
Donna – Dental assistant
I have been working in the dental field since 2010 and obtained my Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2012. I started working at All Care Beenleigh Dental in 2020.
I enjoy chair-side assisting, but also spend time as a receptionist at the front desk.
I have two daughters in primary school. In our spare time we love going to the beach together.
